Roak Hybrid Wood Flooring is a mix of two popular types of flooring – Engineered and Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) Flooring. Select A/B grade Oak Veneers are bonded together with a dense SPC core to make a durable and hard-wearing flooring option.
On its own – Traditional Engineered Wood flooring is prone to swelling once there is any moisture under the board as the base structure is made of plywood. Normal SPC floors are using a print film design (like vinyl flooring) and there are repetitions in the print designs which is not the characteristic of real wood floors.
Our new Roak Hybrid Wood flooring combines the best of both materials, the beautiful select grade Veneer of Engineered Wood Floors and the stable and dense core of SPC flooring. Creating a highly water resisitant floor with little to no maintenance with beautiful natural wood flooring in various colour tones fit for any design themes.
Roak Hybrid Wood Flooring consists of four layers
*The top layer is 9 layers UV coated for durability from everyday use.
*Select A/B Grade Natural Real Oak Veneer in 4 colour tones
*5mm Thick Stone Polymer Composite Core with Patented Unilin Click System
*1mm IXPE underlay mat (pre-attached) for sound reduction and softer foot feel
